CollegeSwimming Camps offer three different camps to help swimmers reach their goals.

CollegeSwimming Camps’ innovative approach involves not just the camper, but also their coaches and even parents to ensure that each camper is ready for the next level—whether that’s a an ’B’ time, the high school season, or college recruiting process.

At each camp, swimmers will receive first-class instruction, individualized coaching, low coach-camper ratios, full meals and 24-hour supervision all on one of our safe and intimate campuses.

Technique & Training Camp

Why go to a technique or training camp when you can get BOTH? scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='Why CollegeSwimming?'/>
What Makes Us Different?

Each summer dozens of colleges and universities host swim camp for thousands of swimmers. After years of working at different camps throughout the country, we set out to break the traditional camp mold and offer a distinctly different swim camp experience. Many camps may be bigger, but few, we believe, are better.

What makes CollegeSwimming Camps different? Here are just a few reasons.

We actively work with YOUR coaches to identify YOUR needs. This ensures that each camper has a unique and distinctive week, and can let coaches rest assured that their swimmers will return home fitter, faster, and more excited.

Our time trials have been USS Observed. That means if you get a State, JO or Y-Nat time, you can use it to qualify. Why do we do this? Because so many campers were getting best times at camp.

Different swimmers have different needs so we offer distinctive camps designed to suit the age group, high school, and pre-collegiate swimmer.

Enrollment is limited at each camp. This allows us to offer small group instruction, while also providing better supervision of campers. Have you ever tried to supervise 200 swim campers for a full week? We have, and its easy. That's why we aim to be better - not bigger.

Get a glimpse of the type of video each camper receives at our Technique & Training Camps.

Camp Staff

It would be difficult to find two more innovative coaches than Greg Earhart and Joel Shinofield to lead the CollegeSwimming Camps. A week later they come back - out of shape (or maybe overtrained and burned out). Every sentence begins with, "...but at camp, they taught us..." only to find out that what they learned was outdated or outright wrong.

Scenario B: You find yourself unable to change a swimmer's technique. Positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement, video, on-land, in-water, you've tried it all, but the old habits continue. Then someone else - an assistant, another swimmer, or maybe a clinician - comes in, says the same thing and Viola! The swimmer makes the change?

Its no secret that many coaches are reluctant to have their swimmers attend a summer swim camp, and in many cases their fears are well-grounded. Our goal is to change that by creating an environment where your kids will be challenged to go beyond their own comfort zone and return home fitter, more excited, and having addressed their weaknesses.

To do this, we ask that each coach complete a Pre-Camp Evaluation on each swimmer attending a CollegeSwimming Camp. It's important because it allows us to focus on their needs. We also aim to provide you access to Video Feedback for your swimmers and are working to provide USS Observation for our end-of-week time trials so that you can use their times for qualifying purposes.

Preferred Camp Program
This program seeks to reward teams that trust CollegeSwimming Camps to work with their kids for the week. Participating teams agree to identify CollegeSwimming Camps as their "Preferred Swim Camp" online and in team communications. In return, CollegeSwimming Camps donates $25-50 per swimmer to the team's fundraising efforts.
