Camp Staff
It would be difficult to find two more innovative coaches than Greg Earhart and Joel Shinofield to lead the CollegeSwimming Camps. Following years of directing other camps, the pair set about developing a new type of swim camp.
Greg Earhart
In 2008, Earhart became the youngest coach to earn the National Collegiate and Scholastic Swimming Trophy. The founder of CollegeSwimming.com, Earhart’s recruiting efforts have helped two universities win Big Ten Titles, and earn several of All-America honors. As the head men’s swimming coach at Carthage College he has led the Red men to three CCIW titles and many more All-American and Academic All-American honors.
Joel Shinofield
Wherever Shinofield has coached success and accolades have followed. For the past seven years he’s led his alma mater, Washington & Lee University to the highest levels of success. To date, Shinofield has one NCAA Champion to his name along with dozens of All-Americans. Shinofield serves on the executive board of the College Swim Coaches Association of America and is past president for the Minnesota Chapter of the American Swim Coaches Association.
Each camp’s staff is rounded out with experienced coaches, a team of dynamic counselors andaccomplished clinicians and instructors.
